Work Experience:

November 2008 – Present

Employer: Echo Managed Services

Subscription Administrator

I was deployed in a customer service and administrative role for the Financial Times newspaper. I was involved in all aspects of subscription management including: acquisitions and renewals; cancellations; suspensions; delivery problems; payments and refunds. Through inbound calls and email correspondence I was in contact with high-functioning individuals with significant demands on their time and very high expectations of the brand. Inefficiency and poor quality service were not tolerated.

July 2003 – February 2007

Employer: Thresher Group

Part-time Sales Assistant

My duties involved serving customers, replenishing stock, opening and closing the store and cashing up at night.

November 2000 – November 2001

Employer: Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd

Part-Time Deli Counter Assistant

My duties included serving customers meat, cheese, pate and other delicatessen to order whilst complying with strict health, safety and hygiene standards.
